Business agreement

An agronomy business that works in growers' records on Acrefile agrees to this, on top of the Terms. The business's owner accepts it, for everyone in the business. It's public so you can read it before you join.
What your business agrees to
- Use a grower's record only to serve that grower.
- Never sell a grower's data.
- Give each person in your business their own sign-in.
- Set up a record for a grower only with that grower's OK.
- When a grower turns your access off, your access ends.
- If a grower's data gets out through your business, tell Badgair Bros and the grower right away. A lost phone, a shared password or an email to the wrong person all count.
- Follow the Terms, and see that everyone in your business does too.
Changes
We email the owner before this agreement changes. The owner accepts the new version.
